Jimmy Cybrynski is a Co-Founder of Fountainview Partners. Prior to founding Fountainview, he was an investment banker at Deloitte Corporate Finance, advising middle-market clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. While at Deloitte, Jimmy played a key role in executing sell-side and buy-side advisory mandates across a range of healthcare subverticals.

Connor Pirrung is a Co-Founder of Fountainview Partners. Prior to founding Fountainview, he worked at Macquarie Group in New York, providing investment banking services to institutional clients in the infrastructure and energy sectors. While at Macquarie, Connor played a key role in executing buy-side and sell-side advisory mandates across a range of verticals.

Prior to co-founding Timber Springs, Jeff worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the healthcare and industrials groups at Deloitte Corporate Finance (“DCF”), where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings. While at DCF, Jeff played a key role in advising middle-market clients through transaction processes by conducting extensive financial analysis and due diligence, resulting in nearly $1 billion of total deal value.
Jeff graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Economics and a Concentration in Finance.
Prior to co-founding Timber Springs, Will was an Associate at Sentinel Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity buyout fund in New York, where he focused on investments across business services, consumer, healthcare services, and industrials. Previously, Will worked as an Analyst at BlackArch Partners, a middle-market investment bank in Charlotte, where he advised founder-owned and private equity-backed businesses on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions and capital raises.
Will graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration, where he was a member of the NCAA Division I men’s lacrosse team.

Dr. Rob Samit is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of MyEyeDr, one of the nation’s leading vision care companies. He opened MyEyeDr’s first location in Burke, Virginia in October 2001, and grew the company to over 2,500 employees across 175 locations in more than ten states before selling the business to Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division. He was recognized for his entrepreneurial achievements with a number of honors, including being named “Retail Entrepreneur of the Year” by EY in 2013. He also founded Hour Eyes and Millennium Laser Eye Centers, and currently serves as an Operating Partner at Hildred Capital Management, a healthcare-focused middle-market private equity firm based in New York. Dr. Samit holds an undergraduate degree from Kenyon College and a doctorate from the New England College of Optometry.
He brings deep expertise in healthcare services, multi-site operations, and scaling provider businesses, making him a valuable resource for organizations pursuing growth through acquisition and new location openings.

Gary Hendrickson is the former Chairman, President, and Chief
Executive Officer of The Valspar Corporation (NYSE: VAL). He joined Valspar's
packaging business in 1994 after serving 11 years in the U.S. Navy,
rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He served as
Chairman and CEO from 2011 until the company's successful
sale to The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) in 2017. Following Valspar, Gary
served as Chair of The AZEK Company (NYSE: AZEK). In July
2025, James Hardie Industries (NYSE: JHX) completed its acquisition of AZEK,
and as part of the transaction, Gary joined James Hardie's Board of
Directors. He also serves as a board director of Polaris Industries
(NYSE: PII) and Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT). He holds a BA
in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from
Harvard University.
Across these roles, he developed deep expertise in operations,
strategic planning, and building scalable businesses across both
industrial and consumer-facing markets. Gary brings a rigorous,
execution-oriented perspective to the organizations he advises.

Richard Zulman is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of BestSweet, a RoundTable Healthcare Partners-backed private-label supplier of OTC healthcare products and dietary supplements. Under Richard's leadership, the company evolved from its confectionery origins into one of the nation's largest suppliers of OTC drug and supplement dosage forms, including lozenges, soft chews, pan-coated SuperChews, and the industry's first drug-compliant chewable gel gummy, the SuperGel. Ultimately, he rebranded the company as BestCo, before selling it to create the platform now known as SCN BestCo, which continues to reshape the consumer healthcare market.
